You're also just scratching the surface of the uncertainty around cost and what the patient is required to pay. Copays, deductibles, insurance, CPT codes - the uncertainty (and opportunity) abounds!
TIL we have the same health care! :) You make some great points – funny thing is, even when we go to an in-person doctor, we usually have no idea how much it will cost until we get the bill a few weeks (months?) later!
